The challenge
The objectives of the client were clear: the increase of direct bookings and the reduction of seasonality. Nowadays, most of the hotel units are very dependent on intermediary channels, whose commission rates are very high. Seasonality is also a cross-cutting problem for most units, often leading to closure in the off-season. Our challenge was to develop and implement a complete digital strategy that mitigated or solved these two problems.
